Security is a set of careful decisions: who can sign in, which files can be attached, and who is allowed to manage your domain.

Webmail uses HTTPS. Compatible mail apps connect using IMAP with TLS, or authenticated SMTP with TLS or STARTTLS, as described in the device setup guide. Standard BITTU Mail messages are not end-to-end encrypted: the service and recipient providers can process content to operate mail and enabled tools. Client-side PGP encryption is on the roadmap and is not currently released. Review our privacy notice before using AI with confidential information.
Sign in only at mail.bittuicloud.com. Add two-factor authentication from Security settings and keep your recovery details current. Admin access is verified on the server, never by a browser preference.
Composer uploads are checked for disguised file types and scanned for malware before attaching. Files are rejected when scanning cannot complete; no scanner can guarantee a file is harmless.
Domain records and checks are restricted to authorized tenant administrators and our team. Mail authentication uses SPF, DKIM and DMARC; ARC is managed by the mail server.
Display names can be imitated. Read the sender's full address and the Reply-to field before following a request. BITTU Mail exposes those details alongside dates and recipients, and flags available phishing analysis. A familiar photo or logo is not a cryptographic identity guarantee.
Security settings let you add two-factor authentication and manage supported recovery options. Keep recovery information somewhere safe outside the mailbox it protects. BITTU ICLOUD staff will not ask for your password, one-time code or banking credentials.
The print view preserves visible sender, recipient, date and message information for your records. A printed email is not by itself a legal determination, a delivery guarantee or a blockchain certificate. For privacy, preservation or authority requests, use the published legal contact.
