Protect recipients
Do not send spam, deceptive promotions, phishing, credential-harvesting links, malware or threatening content. Do not spoof an identity or domain, evade blocks, or operate an open relay. Marketing senders must obtain the permissions required for their audience and provide appropriate opt-out handling.
Protect accounts and systems
Do not attempt to access another person's mailbox, bypass quotas or rate limits, exploit the platform, or run automated registration campaigns. Only upload material you have the right to use. Workspace owners must maintain accurate ownership and staff permissions.
Report abuse
Send the sender address, message date/time, full headers where available and a concise explanation to support@bittuicloud.com. For legal, infringement or impersonation notices use legal@bittuicloud.com. Never send passwords or unrelated identity documents. Reports are reviewed; an allegation alone is not proof.
Our response
Depending on evidence and urgency, we may limit delivery, preserve relevant records, suspend an abusive account or request clarification. Use support to appeal an action. We do not guarantee another provider's removal of content or any particular investigation outcome.
