Who operates this service
BITTU Mail is operated under the BITTU ICLOUD brand by BITTU ICLOUD LLC, the company identified at bittuicloud.com. Contact legal@bittuicloud.com for privacy requests and registered-company details.
Information we process
Account information includes your email, display name, profile photo, recovery details, password hashes, security settings and sessions. Business workspaces hold domain records, memberships, company logos and billing details. Operating a mailbox requires storing messages, recipients, attachments, delivery metadata, quota usage and any generated AI analysis. Support conversations and tickets contain the information you submit.
Security and connection records
We record login and security events, timestamps, request IP addresses and browser user-agent information to protect accounts, investigate abuse and support authorized administration. Network-derived locations can be approximate. Authorized staff may access operational information for support, security or a lawful request; access is controlled by role.
Service providers and AI
Our VPS and DNS providers process network and hosting data. Configured payment gateways process checkout information; we do not need your full card number or banking password. Transactional email may be delivered through Resend. Enabled AI tools process the message or instruction needed for the requested task through the configured model service. Do not send sensitive information to an AI tool unless you are authorized to do so. Availability and providers depend on the service configuration; contact us for your workspace's processing details.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and mailbox records while needed to provide the service, handle billing, protect systems or meet an applicable legal obligation. This release does not promise a fixed automatic deletion schedule for every record or backup. You may request access, correction, export or deletion at legal@bittuicloud.com from your registered address. We verify ownership before disclosure or deletion. Preservation duties can delay removal of affected information.
Cookies and communication
Essential cookies maintain authentication and account security. Local preferences remember cookie choices and app guidance. We do not add marketing mailing-list subscriptions through mailbox registration. Necessary transaction, security and service messages can still be sent. See our cookie notice for details.
